WWII Forts and other stories

Only a few years ago man was killing man.
Today it's all the same but happening in other parts of the World.

the quest for new mountains, arises when I see those new shapes drawing against the sky. Places and names I have yet to discover, great views that delight my imagination

Grande Peyrolle has given me a soft shoulder to sleep on (no way I could find a spot on the ridge or summit:)
arrr :( so sorry...forts and places of memory, closed down, so wobbly they might fall on us. I was astound to find them in pretty bad shape (not to say they were more like ruins).
